2/6/2019 Topic: Plugin Fusion for corel X7 Tajima Software Administrator	Hello vitfloc21, DrawFusion runs inside of Tajima DG by Pulse, which opens a window where some tools from CorelDraw will be accessible in DG for editing purposes. There is no separate installation to use DrawFusion in CorelDraw. However, if you are looking for a program that offers embroidery tools within CorelDraw though, we recommend contacting your local distributor about Embroidery i2 - It allows you to create embroidery designs within Corel or Adobe software.

If you recently upgraded to Tajima DG16 by Pulse and did not receive a device update, please contact your distributor for assistance. They will be able to provide you with the update and explain how to enable DG16 if you require help doing this.

Definitely there is some confusion in settings mechanism. So you will lost Classic shortkeys if you will make any changes in Tools - Configuration - User Settings - Customize. For applying Classic Interface you should first push this button in settings, than restart the app, then push Tools - Configuration - Restore Default Workspace, then restart again an then "H" key will work. Hello fenix1330, If we understand correctly: Classic shortcut keys will not work after making changes in Tools - Configuration - User Settings - Customize. To fix it, you can reset the default workspace. Is this correct? just hoping to get a bit more information so that we can replicate this issue as well.

Hello arcman, Tajima DG16 by Pulse requires a separate purchase from DG15, so we recommend contacting your local Pulse distributor for pricing information. You could download DG16 from the PulseCloud page now, but it will not run until your distributor updates your security device.

If possible, please provide them with a few example files where this error is occuring as well so that they can reproduce the issue. Separately, what vector file format are you trying to open? Are all vector files failing to import? Or is it only a few of a certain file type?

We recommend contacting your local Pulse distributor to ask if they can take a look at the settings being applied to your segment. Perhaps a random stitch length setting is enabled, among other possibilities.

All of your files would continue to work as normal, so the switch to Signature would be seamless.
2/27/2019 Topic: Invalid font file Tajima Software Administrator	Hello fenix1330, Could you tell us what level of Tajima DG16 by Pulse you are using and on which computer operating system? Also, if you can provide any other information about what you were doing just before it stopped working, that would be helpful. Is there a specific font that triggers this? Are all font files displaying the "Invalid Font File" error? Or just a few? Please feel free to send as a direct message if you'd prefer not to post publicly.

3/5/2019 Topic: SHIFT+A Tajima Software Administrator	Hello fenix1330, Unfortunately, we received many requests in the past to remove this shortcut because users would hit it accidentally when trying to do other tasks. This was removed from Tajima DG15 by Pulse and therefore did not carry forward into DG16.
