Hi. I use Tajima DG16 by Pulse.There was a problem opening the vector files. Even demo vector files do not open.My computer gives notification: The specified vector file could not be read.Can you help me?

Hello Jevgeni,
We recommend contacting your local Pulse distributor to report this issue. If possible, please provide them with a few example files where this error is occuring as well so that they can reproduce the issue.
Separately, what vector file format are you trying to open?
Are all vector files failing to import? Or is it only a few of a certain file type?

My vector files were corrupted. Tajima DG 16 by Pulse works impeccably!
