Hello cestitches,
Security device updates are provided by Pulse distributors when the upgrade is purchased. If you recently upgraded to Tajima DG16 by Pulse and did not receive a device update, please contact your distributor for assistance. They will be able to provide you with the update and explain how to enable DG16 if you require help doing this.
