1/29/2025 Topic: Presets are not saving Tajima Software Administrator	Hi izšuvums.lv. Presets are saved per design by default. To make your preset always show when starting a new design, please use the following instructions: 1. Open the "Manage" tab from the top toolbar. 2. Select "Presets". 3. Update the top dropdown menu from "Presets" to "Preset Sets". 4: Select "Basics" and then "Open". 5: Select the presets you would like to be available in future designs. 6: Save and close the tab. 5/5/2025 Topic: Windows not displaying Thumbnails Tajima Software Administrator	Hi Kelvyn, To enable icon previews in Windows 10, please follow these steps: Open File Explorer. In the top menu, click the View tab. Click Options, then select Change folder and search options. In the window that appears, go to the View tab. Uncheck Always show icons, never thumbnails. Click Apply, then OK. Once those settings are applied, proceed with the following in DG17: Open DG17. Select Tools from the toolbar. Click User Settings, then navigate to Environment. Ensure that both Generate icons when necessary and Save generated icons are enabled.

Currently, DG's vector import tool does not support the latest Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW file formats. To import your designs, please follow one of these two methods: Open your design in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, select your artwork, and copy it using Ctrl + C. Then, open your DG project and paste it using Ctrl + V. Alternatively, save your file in a supported version format. DG currently supports Adobe Illustrator file versions 3 and 8. You can adjust the file version by selecting the desired version from the Version dropdown menu after clicking Save As.
