The Copy Setting is a useful tool, but I don't want to copy the color.
Previous versions didn't do this, I guess. 
Is there any solution to avoid this bug?

On DG17 that feature became selectable in User Settings.

Please try: Tools > User Settings > Environment > Include needle color...
