IMPORT artwork problem

I am on a Win11 Pro (24H2) PC. I have Pulse DG16.5.2.7640 Maestro. I have CorelDRAW2019 and Adobe Illustrator CS2. I am unable to get any cdr or ai design imported into DG.

Hello TheFinishingTouch. Currently, DG's vector import tool does not support the latest Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW file formats. To import your designs, please follow one of these two methods:
- Open your design in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, select your artwork, and copy it using Ctrl + C. Then, open your DG project and paste it using Ctrl + V.
- Alternatively, save your file in a supported version format. DG currently supports Adobe Illustrator file versions 3 and 8. You can adjust the file version by selecting the desired version from the Version dropdown menu after clicking Save As.
