11/24/2022 Topic: **end lock help** Tajima Software Administrator	Hi Splash Brands, We asked our digitizer for some feedback here: I suggest that this customer communicates to their vendors about how they expect the end lock stitches to be done. Judging from the picture of the embroidered sample, I see that the bulging end lock stitches appear in the thin satin columns in the small letters. One thing I would like to recommend to this customer is to check the embroidery machine as well. There is one setting in the machine itself that will automatically add small lock stitches before a Trim or Needle change. In case that setting is ON, I recommend him to switch it OFF. Otherwise, he will end up with too many lock stitches.

12/16/2022 Topic: Sequins for DG15 Tajima Software Administrator	Additional information... You can create your own original sequin shapes in Tajima DG15 by Pulse. You build these shapes by combining two outlines that you draw using the Artwork drawing tools; one outline to represent the sequin and another to represent the hole. The Save as Sequin function then combines the outlines into a single shape, which you can then save and use with all the sequins tools.

1/5/2023 Topic: Lock Stitches Tajima Software Administrator	Good morning, Here’s the recommendation from our digitizing expert: The selection of least noticeable lock stitches at the start and at the end of a segment depends very much on the type of segment you are dealing with. Satin segments: Basic lock stitch at the start bead position of a segment. Recommended to set “Start lock inside” with a 2mm value Line lock stitches at the end bead of the segment. Complex Fill segments: Basic lock stitch at the start bead position of a segment. Recommended to set “Start lock inside” with a 2mm to 3mm value Line lock stitches at the end bead of the segment. Run Stitch segments: Line lock stitch at the start bead Line lock stitch at the end bead Make sure that start bead and end bead are at different locations
