Hi,
I don't know where to turn for help . My business bought this Mosaic dongle for years and I have been using it since but a month ago it starts telling me to obtain a serial code and said it is invalid even this dongle should have been valid for life.
Please Help!!!

Your device is licensed for version 10 Mosaic. We currently support the current version and two previous versions. We support version 16, 15 and 14.
