7/26/2019 Topic: Software shuting down keith@wsemerson.com	I believe you have a user objects leak occurring constantly that progressively slows down the software, and when it hits 10,000 user objects, it crashes. Sometimes it will crash before the 10,000 limit, but the count is always very high. I believe this affects the speed of the software as it gets higher... This has nothing to do with any particular files that have been, or are being created.

3/25/2021 Topic: Styles Settings keith@wsemerson.com	I cannot seem to open/manage my styles anymore. Software crashes on two different licenses(computers/installations) of maestro. I was able to change my settings a couple weeks ago... Maybe connected to windows updates?

5/10/2023 Topic: DG16.5 Release 7640 Is Now Available! keith@wsemerson.com	The update software's responsiveness is way down. Sometimes it takes up to 5 seconds just to select a segment, among other things that lag. Digitizing lettering now takes twice as long...What is up with that?

The anchors will snap to the right of where they were placed, getting progressively worse with each move. Selection of artwork segments can take up to 4-5 seconds. This slows down digitizing, especially when digitizing text.

5/19/2023 Topic: DG16 7640 release bugs! keith@wsemerson.com	Turning off the "use ribbon interface" helps the art segment selection problem quite a bit. It's still not as good as before... Offsetting multiple art segments takes a very long time as well.

I would like to re-install the previous maintenance release, but it is unavailable on your website. The Get Older Versions button does not work! (Of course I didn't save that Setup file, stupid of me...) Please fix this problem and get a new maintenance release out immediately, or put the last release up on your website. Thank You

11/14/2023 Topic: Vector Files Import Problems keith@wsemerson.com	I always re-save the .ai file as an Adobe version 8, all text to curves, and everything in the file un-grouped. There are other settings to simplify the file that will prevent problems with gradients, line weights etc.
