Hello,
I have been working on large projects for many millions of points for some time.
With version DG16.1.2.7290 I have been attentive to the performance of the software, and I noticed that even if the PC has the maximum RAM memory (64GB in my case) the application does not use even one third of it.
Attached image of a print of what I mean.
Is there any possibility of improving this performance?

Is there a specific task you are doing in DG16 that you feel is leading to a performance slowdown?

Hello,
All functions are paralyzed, they do not respond.
All of this happens when I have jobs where the number of Stitches exceeds 3,000,000 Stitches.
As you can see in the image, the software does not use the machine's available resources, either RAM memory or processor.

Try turning off your ribbon interface.
User settings-environment-display-uncheck use ribbon interface...
This should help crashing and performance.
Post back if it works...

Thanks for the tip. I was experience hard crashes with no errors or warnings daily. Turned off the ribbon interface and haven't had a crash for days.
It is a real shame as I find the ribbon makes life a lot easier but not worth it with all the random crashing.

We have the same Problems whit Performance whit big Punches. we have uncheck ribbon interface. in small punch works better under 6000 stiches but 10000 and more the programm has a bad Performace and always Shouting down whit no error Massage.
