Increasing RAM memory and/or processor speed will improve system performance. • PC with a 3.0 GHz Quad Core Genuine Intel Processor (64-bit) • Microsoft® Windows® 7 or Windows® 8 operating system, 64-bit. • CD-ROM drive. • 4 GB RAM • Minimum 2 GB hard disk drive space available. • Mouse (3 button is preferred for digitizing). • A Local Area Network (LAN) Connection • A Universal Serial Bus (USB) port to attach your security device. • Additional ports may be required for connecting optional hardware such as printers, We have tested Tajima DG15 by Pulse on Surface Pro 4 machines and it works with a pen. There shouldn't be an issues with other touch screen laptops provided they meet the minimum requirements listed above, however we can't confirm every one. Thank you Hello kdkd, Unfortunately your question is not quite clear. You want to connect DG/ML14 with CorelDraw? Do you know what version of CorelDRAW is on the computer that you want to connect?

Unfortunately at this time, there is a known issue related to CorelDRAW 2017 that we are working on a solution for. Previous versions of CorelDRAW will work still.

Hello nogogolfshop, When you say that the knife is missing the cut, do you mean that the trim command in your design is not happening? Or that the knife is physically missing the thread when a trim command is issued? If it is the latter, then it sounds like it may be a machine issue and we'd recommend that you contact your Tajima distributor to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue.

If you do encounter an issue with installation though, we recommend contacting your distributor for assistance. They can help with any issues and/or questions you may have.

If the issue is still unresolved after this, please contact your Pulse distributor and they will be able to contact you to help set up your machine connection to PulseCloud.
