Any additional information you can provide would be very helpful. Operating system, computer specs, designs that cause the crash regularly. Any of these would help us reproduce the issue and solve it.
7/5/2019 Topic: Download not working? Tajima Software Administrator	Hello karenfoley, Have you tried downloading again since you encountered the issue? It's possible we were performing server maintenance at the time, but it appears to be working correctly now. It may be a good idea to delete your cache before attempting again, and delete the failed files from your downloads folder as well.

If you can, please provide the following information as well so that we can try to reproduce the problem on our end: DG16 build number steps to reproduce crash any specific files used at time of crash If you do not want to share a design file publicly, please feel free to PM us instead so that only we will receive the file. We will only use your file for testing purposes to try to replicate the same error you report.

7/29/2019 Topic: Autosave Restore file locations Tajima Software Administrator	Hello DancingBayLLC, The Autosave function works by overwriting the file you are working on every X minutes, where X is the number you set in the Environments panel. If you have set it to one minute, it should overwrite the file you have open every minute, so you may lose that much work or less if a crash occurs. Our recommendation is that when you first start digitizing, you save it right away so that there is an existing file and name for the design. Then if a crash does occur, DG should ask you if you want to restore your last design when it is relaunched, and will include all of the changed up until a minute (or less) before the crash. Can you let us know what version of DG you are using and what version of Windows?

9/9/2019 Topic: applying hoops feature Tajima Software Administrator	Hello DonDingo, In the current version of Tajima DG16 by Pulse, when a hoop is added, it will center itself on the 0, 0 measurement. To be close to the center when you add a hoop, you could either: 1. Add the hoop before creating a design 2. Recenter the workspace to 0, 0 (easiest way is to zoom out slightly before starting to design) and make the design there so that when the hoop appears, it will be shown around your design. Currently when DG16 loads, 0,0 will be in the top left corner so that it's easy to create designs at the desired height and width you want. We will investigate whether it makes more sense to move the default location of the screen or of the hoop. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

Is this the function you are speaking of? Or is something else locked by default? Could you attach a screenshot of the tool you're referring to?

Tajima Software Administrator	Hello DancingBayLLC, We would suggest trying to Restore the workspace to see if this prevents the system from turning the Snap To function on. The default setting for this tool should be Off, so resetting the workspace may also revert it to the off status by default.

Or the legs/feet of the characters themselves are skinnier overall? Or are you referring to the density of the stitches?
