Download not working?

I had to do a clean install of Windows. Now I need to reload my DGML 14. I tried clicking on the download button, but I get an error message when I try to open the file. It's downloading two files. One has zero content. The other is a .exe.part file. Please advise.

Hello karenfoley,
Have you tried downloading again since you encountered the issue? It's possible we were performing server maintenance at the time, but it appears to be working correctly now. It may be a good idea to delete your cache before attempting again, and delete the failed files from your downloads folder as well.
