The Capped End feature works only with satin stitches, so be sure to select a satin segment first. Once selected, double-click the segment and navigate to Satin > Capped Ends in the left menu. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to send us a screen recording of your process so we can take a closer look and help. 3D puff is an advanced technique that takes some practice, but the results are well worth it once you get comfortable. The Satin Capped Ends tool is a relatively new feature, which may explain why it is not appearing depending on the version of DG17 you are using. To confirm, please click Help in the top navigation and select About. The version number should read Creator 17.1.1.8241. 14 days ago Topic: View reports will not run Tajima Software Administrator	Hello cfmwearables. This error is often related to the Windows user account permissions used by the Pulse Design Spooler service. Please try the following steps: Open the Control Panel. Open Administrative Tools (in Windows 11, search for Windows Tools) and select Services. Locate and open Pulse Design Spooler. Click Stop to stop the service. Select the Log On tab and choose "This account". Enter your Windows username and password. Click OK, then restart the service from the Services window. After restarting the spooler, please try generating the machine report again.

We’ve confirmed that this behavior affects the Envelope tool when multiple segments are selected, and our development team is looking into it further. While we work on a fix, grouping the segments before applying an envelope should give you the expected results.
