If you can remember which email you used to create the account, or what the username may be, then you could try doing a password reset. This will cause an email to be triggered that will send to the address listed in your existing account. If you have never created an account for PulseCloud previously, please contact your local Pulse distributor to explain the issue and provide your security device number. Then we can see if an account exists or if there is another issue.

4/16/2019 Topic: Align Shortcut Tajima Software Administrator	Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer an icon for alignment when not using the ribbon tool. You can get to the Alignment menu still by selecting two or more segments and right clicking, then selecting Transform -> Align. We will consider this option for a future update of DG16 though.
4/25/2019 Topic: Tilde or accent marks Tajima Software Administrator	Hello mbandeen, To use letters with accents, you first need to check of the font you want to use supports special characters. You can check which characters a font allows by going to the Help menu, selecting Fonts from the dropdown, and then searching for the font you wish to use. If the font supports special characters, Three ways you can get them into DG16 are: - paste in your text from another source - Looking up Alt+codes for the character you need (For example, holding the ALT key while pressing 130 will result in this character: é) - change your keyboard language in the Windows settings.

Tajima Software Administrator	Hello DancingBay, If you select to install Design Spooler, it will overwrite the version on your computer with the latest version. If you don't install it, the older version on your computer will still exist and should still work well. Design spooler does not always change in each version of DG16, but we recommend installing it to make sure you have the latest version.
5/24/2019 Topic: Bead Two-color Font Tajima Software Administrator	Hello Rui, If you purchased the Seed Bead option ahead of this new maintenance release, there's a chance that this new font was not added to your device. Please contact your local Pulse distributor and ask them to get a device update for you that includes this font. We will remove the image you posted for security purposes. 5/27/2019 Topic: WORKSPACES Tajima Software Administrator	Hello ThreadDesignsLLC, If you right click in any blank space between menu items, you can hide/unhide any of the tools you do not with to see. Once you have the workspace looking as you want it to, you can click Window -> Workspaces and then save your workspace in case you want to revert to this set up in the future.

Does it happen every time after clearing your design queue no matter which designs you use? Also, what operating system are you using on your computer?
