Would you be able to provide any more details about this issue and when it happens?
Does it happen every time? Does it happen only for certain designs?
What version of DG16 are you using and what version of Windows?

Whenever I want to add or adjust the color threads.

WIN10 64

This issue has been solved and will be fixed in the next maintenance release for Tajima DG16 by Pulse.
