Lost Fonts in DG15

Hi, Normally the fonts are stored in C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\Fonts. Go to tools - configuration - user settings - file locations and make sure the file path for fonts matches where your fonts are stored.
Thank you

Design spooler issue

|
Hello,
For this issue please try these steps. If you are still not able to resolve the issue please contact your local distributor for further support.
1. Uninstall DG/ML. 2. If there is nothing else running on this computer that is using SQL, (like Librarian Enterprise Server) remove anything that mentions SQL in Add Remove Programs. 3. Delete the Designspooler.ini file and the Design List folder in ProgramData (if they exist). 3. Reinstall DG/ML.
DG/ML should re-install the required files needed for SQL.
Thank you

Hello,
I would suggest trying to read the floppy in Windows Explorer. However, there are a number of possible reasons why you cannot read the disk in the software. Its possible there is a problem with the disk, as they get older sometimes sectors become corrupt. It would be good to know if this problem is happening on all disks or just some disks? I would suggest you try to read the disks in Windows also. If you cannot read the disk in Windows then there is probably an issue with the disk.
Thank you

Hi Bonnie,
As a work around you can change the complex fill to wave first, then change the fill type to programmed run and it should not crash.

Hi Derya, I'd like to help but perhaps you can clarify your question. When you say you prepared a tapestry motif, how did you do this? i.e. create a programmed run? How did you save it? What do you mean by your pattern broke and was copied? Please explain the question in detail. Thank you Keri |

Hello,
The feature to add a wave line to a fill segment is only available in version 14 and DG15.
To create a wave line first create the complex fill segment, go to properties and change the fill pattern to a wave. Select the 'wave' tool and punch the wave line and hit enter to generate. For a second wave draw the second line and enter to complete.
Thank you
