11/12/2023 Topic: Vector Files Import Problems mrviktors	I have som problems importing different vector files. We use different design applications like Illustrator, Corel, Easysign etc. This far no .ai files seems to work when I try to import them, pulse says "the specified vector file could not be read". .eps seems to work better but some files does not work neither. I can open them in other different programs so the files them self is not corrupt in any way. Since I recently switched over to Pulse from years in Wilcom I would like to know if there is a common knowledge which type of vector files work best. Do you need to export the design on an artboard that is not larger than x*y? I know we have had some problems between different programs through the years where that has been the case. And I can not import .emb files into pulse either even though the format is in the list, but maybe the .emb files is from a newer version of Wilcom that pulse does not read? Kind regards!

12/19/2023 Topic: Library Designs mrviktors	I have saved a design in the library and can find it when I serach. However, where can I find the file outside of the program. I can not seem to find it under programData/Tajima/... where the database is located. I have uploaded the design to pulse cloud aswell, but wonder what happens if I change computer and have an organized library at this computer and want to export that to the new pc?
