3/8/2018 Topic: Tajima DG15 Librarian Issues cwanderson110	When I installed DG15, I can't get Librarian to work. The server address is all zeros. I know that is incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been waiting for two weeks for someone from Pulse to call me.
3/20/2018 Topic: DG 15 Librarian Issues cwanderson110	I have contacted the local distributor and they can't get anyone from Pulse to connect. This is very frustrating....it's been going on for a month now with no support.
3/22/2018 Topic: DG 15 Librarian Issues cwanderson110	I have spoken to Garson at Rubenstein in Canada. He was referred to me from Rubenstein's in Toronto. I continually wait to hear back from both Garson and Pulse. I paid in good faith my money to upgrade and only want technical assistance to correct a problem of functionality that I had before I upgraded. I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Please help.
