I think we should be able to Group segments that are already part of a Group. Many times we need to group sections of a design that need to remain grouped in order to align them with other segments, and then further group those to align all of that with something else. |

I noticed your post, and tried the upper case I to see what I would get, and I also got the I on the right as in your picture. But I tried the OLD fonts version of Custom Script, and it looks more like the I on the left in your picture. Not sure if that will help you or not. |

Is there a quicker way to delete all the designs in the Design Queue instead of one at a time? This fills up quickly sometimes due to test prints. And is there a way to get new designs to always show up in the #1 spot instead of last? |

Are we able to create Elements and add them to Elements View and be able to see and access them in a totally new design file, or are the elements and the Elements View kind of only easily accessible in the file they were created in? |

Hi Rich, when I get an SVG file from a customer, I import it into CorelDraw, check the nodes etc, and the size, turn everything to black outlines with no fill, and just copy and paste that into Pulse. I'm sure you could do the same in Illustrator. |

Hi Keri, so I have a few designs that have segments or objects that I would like to use over again in possible future designs. I thought I could make that part I want to use again into an element and see that in Elements view in a totally new design, but it seems like the Elements can only be seen in the file they were created in. So then I wondered if what I was trying to achieve would be best done by creating symbols out of those segments or objects. |

The program is much slower than before, and it makes it hard to digitize with any flow. I think they are working on that.
For moving the guidelines, did you notice the new guideline select tool? It's really nice because when the guideline select tool is used, it will not try to select any of your nodes or curves. And when you are using the regular select tool, that will not move your guidelines by mistake like it used to. The new guideline select tool is in the drop down arrow from the regular select tool. |

The TMEZ doesn't have a picker. Neither does the TMBR. I get some long tails too, so I am wondering what is best to look into. Sometimes I get zero tails and then on the same job I get tails again. |

I tried clicking T after laying out a line in the text tool and got the same mouse symbol. But like you, I have no idea what it does and couldn't find an answer in help. Curious. |

Yes I have been getting that Explorer is no longer supported message for as long as I have owned DG16. They are using an internal reference to some outdated version of the browser within their window. It's aggravating. But if you want to see all of the videos they have in one place on YouTube, which is where the imbedded videos are, just go here.

Hi Pierre,
As far as I know, there is not really a cross reference chart between True Type and Pulse fonts. There are a few ways that you can organize them better when trying to find a type of font though. I often do not end up using the Pulse fonts, but I am working on a printed collection of all the Pulse fonts so that I can easily see how each character looks in both upper and lower case at a glance. |
