Hello,
My Company bought a pre-owned Tajima set-up; an embroidery machine, a computer with DG16 installed, and a security device.
We want to register on Pulse Cloud but are unable to. Every time we tried, it stated that " DG Device Number is not valid ".
The previous owners are unable to help because they forgot their info.
Is it possible to overwrite the previous owner's info and update it with the new owner's info?
