My Company bought a pre-owned Tajima set-up; an embroidery machine, a computer with DG16 installed, and a security device.
We want to register on Pulse Cloud but are unable to. Every time we tried, it stated that " DG Device Number is not valid ".
The previous owners are unable to help because they forgot their info.
