Hi I'm new to this forum and to DG in general but I wanted to know if anyone else has this problem? Sometimes when I go to print my worksheets, one or more colors are missing

In the example above, the green is missing. For jobs with two or a lot of colors, it works fine but jobs with 4 or 5 colors they go missing (sometimes). Is this typical for previous DG or is there something wrong?

As an alternative solution, you can have the print out pages with the option "Simplify" activated. That will show you all the colours (but you will not be able to see the small icons of your design's sections).
Thanks for the response. When you say update, what do you mean exactly? Is there a free update patch available and where can I get it? |
