Hi all.
I upgraded to DG15 and can't seem to figure out which version within CorelDraw V7 so save files. I made sure I had the compatible 64 bit full CorelDraw V7 but then you have the choice to save the file in version 17 down thru 11. Which one is compatible? I can't seem to get a vector file to read when I try to open it. Ugh. Thanks for any help.

Hi,
The best way to bring in the file from Corel Draw into DG15 is to copy and paste. In corel open the file - select all - copy. Open DG15 and start a new file and paste.

Thank you for the reply. Another question I guess. In the video about vector based digitizing, it shows the person flipping back and forth between drawFusion and the design and making changes in DrawFusion would be applied when switching and converting to stitches automatically. I can't see how I could do that if I just copied and pasted the corel file? Hope that makes sense.e

Hello,
In order to use Draw Fusion you need to have Corel X7 or Corel X6 installed on the computer.

I can't open my Adobe Illustrator files with Illustrator Extreme with Vector Pack. I have my embroidery software on a PC and my Adobe Illustrator on a Mac. Could this be why? Thank you.

Hi Ellen,
You should copy and paste from Adobe into DGML instead. For example, open the file in Illustrator, select all - copy - open a new file in DGML and paste.

I have Tajima 15 Maestro and Corel Draw X8 installed, everytime when I click on DrawFusion I am getting an error message
"Failed to creat Corel".
Is there solution for this?

Hello a_aghayan,
At this time, DrawFusion is compatible with CorelDRAW X7 and lower. If you are able to install CorelDRAW X7, it should work for you just fine.

Ola tenho um problema parecido com o de vcs tenho o corel x7 recorto e colo no dg15 mas não vem com a mesma qualidade de quando uso o DrawFusion tem como melhorar o vetor quando copio o desenho do corel
