Hot Keys intercepted when DG16 isn't in focus

Hello.
If I try to use a hotkey in another program whilst DG16 is running it will capture it and it won't work in the program I am using.
Some examples are Ctrl + 0, Ctrl + Shift + V. It seems DG16 will catch hotkeys even if it isn't the focused window.
