ToolBar Missing

Hi,
I have Tajima DG16 (level: creator) and I have this problem: the toolbar with "File, Edit, Segment, etc" is missing and I don't know how to put it back.
How can I solve this problem?

"Tools" -> "Restore Default Workspace", doesn't help?

Oh no,,,sorry.
You don't have Dropdown menu shown...
Did you try to reinstall DG then?
1. Uninstall DG16.
2. Go to "C:\ProgramData\Tajima" folder
3. Rename "DGML By Pulse" like "DGML By Pulse_ORG"
4. Install DG16

My tool bar went missing as well. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and its not fixing the issue. The only way to get the top file, edit, segments is to use shift + f12 but then i still cant use the other functions and toolbars. Help not sure how to fix my program.

This does not solve my issue with the drop downs and tool bars missing. Also reinstalling the software didnt help either.

try that / go to tools / Surroundigview / chop "use on strip surface
