Sending designs to machine via Network

I have installed DG16 and can now longer send my designs to my machines via the network. I also upgraded the computer to Windows 10. The design spooler is active and recognizes it has 2 licences (I have Neo and TUMX single heads). On V15 and Windows 7 it worked flawlessly, but now I cannot see the machines from within Pulse. When booting both machines, I get an error saying not connected to network. I spoke with my dealer and they suggested it was Windows security settings, but had no solution. Anyone else having the problem, and how did you solve it?

Don't you use/install any other network security software such as Norton Security?
If so it may block your connection to the machine.

try on your 2 machines turning the network off then escape out then turn network back on, hope it helps, im talking the network on the mackines not the computer
