Ushuaia program licence transfer/activation

Hello, I have the Ushuaia embroidery program on an old computer that is going to be recycled and I urgently need to transfer the licence to a new one. Licence activator when prompted to transfer from old computer tells me that "Only unauthorised sites can receive transferred licences.". What does that mean? Is there any way I can transfer this licence, or maybe get a new one even though this program is really old?
