Can't access uploaded files on the cloud

This page is allowed only for specific DG products for DG15 / DG16 / DG17 users
This is the response I get after uploading PXF file from within DG17, and trying to view those uploaded files on the website "pulsecloud"
I can log into the plusecloud, but I can't use the files tab.
Inside the DG17 program, I can view and open those files that I have uploaded. But not on the web base.
Can someone assist me please?
