Hi,

I recently installed a new pc with fresh install of WIN 10 PRO on dell optiplex 7050 8G Ram with Samsung NVME ssd 2.0.
Installed all the drivers... Installed the software DG16 but the dongle doesn't lightup and detect by the PC , I tested all the usb ports and they work fine.
Plugged the dongle back in my old pc Dell Optiplex 9010 :250g SSD, 4G Ram and it works.
Can you provide a work around for this issues ? Thanks.
