I have the following bugs with the latest version

1. If I select multiple objects and align them it deselects them all except the last selected one. It used to keep them all selected in previous versions. This is annoying as I often want to move them all together once aligned.

2. If I try to resize an object and the corner is near a guide it will move the guide instead of resizing. The cursor changes to the resize one before hand but it looks like guides take precedence.

3. Holding Shift when duplicating objects make them appear in the wrong position.

I just updated to this version and now I can't export a design to a disk. I get the following message when I try to export Title: InputOuputWizardA64 - System Error. Message: The code execution cannot proceed because MCEP64u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I reinstalled it and that didn't help. I looked at the dll files in the programs folder. There is a MCA64u.dll and a MCM64u.dll The file it is looking for is not there.

Hi zachazow,

We are aware of this problem. Thank you for your report.

Please see the below for a workaround:

File > Save As
Change the save location to USB (or whatever is desired)
Change the file type to DST

We can also arrange to send you a link to a previous official version if that would be helpful.

Hay I found faser way to export file to USB.
Go to
Export - email design - select DST and chosse folder for USB- then finish

I am not able to output any of my designs to a disk. I have used your work around but not happy with that.
I would like the previous version back please.

I noticed that one, and also noticed that K doesn't work for branching anymore. Through trial and error I discovered I have to use H instead. No biggie, just letting you know wink

Hi everyone,
As a distributor i need to update my device sometimes and as it is frequently known in portuguese language the menu of update my device doesn´t open. With previous versions we just change the language update it and its good to go. Now in 16.5 the user settings are not available unless the the device is updated what is very hard to get around.

Hi suportetecnico,


We did a quick test here and it looks like the bug with updating devices in Portuguese has been fixed in the latest official. Please try that and let us know.

I do not use the Embroidery Disk/write option in the software. I usually just do a Save As and choose DST for the format. This does not give any errors.

I have a new computer and need to reload the software. Please send me a link to a previous official version. I would prefer to avoid the bugs noted in this thread.
