Pulse Software shows design sent to Tajima machine

Software shows design sent to machine but Tajima machine gives Lan error. I am hard wired from computer to machine. Spooler setting set to: "Always use the spooler running on local computer". If I have it set to: "Locate" it has LOTS of trouble finding the spooler. I have to constantly "stop spooler" then "start spooler" three or four times for the software to find it. Then it will time out after about 30 minutes if left idle. How do I fix this? This is an ongoing problem and extremely frustrating.
