I have several customers who would like to view the pxf file (I know, the runsheet should do) is there any free viewing programs for Pulse? Do they need to get a subscription to do so?

If they just want to view a design here and there, they could use our Ambassador software:
https://ambassador.pulsemicro.com/
Registration is required, but there is no cost/subscription. This is a free tool we offer that is typically used for viewing, adjusting file sizes and previewing different thread colours within a design.

PulseMicro don't you think that for our customers is pretty unconvinient (I tried not to use more proper but harsher word) to create account just in order to see designs we made for them? Luckily, I kept latest PC version of Ambassador so I give them that instead of directing them to pulsemicro and create account.
