Generally, the easiest way to get missing menu options back is to reset your workspace.

"Tools --> Restore Default Workspace" will solve your problem.

Hello, I restored the workspace as illustrated here but it didn't change anything. I only have a fraction of the digitizing tools that you have displayed here.

Isilay has a higher version of Tajima DG16 by Pulse - Likely Maestro, so more tools will be available. Resetting to default will bring back all of the default tools available within your level of DG.
