Just got my new pluse program and have loaded it. It tells me that i can't download to the 3.5 disk. Is this due to the fact that I haven't sent back the old dongle. I didn't think that I would need to get new disks.

Did you try "Save As" to the floppy disk?

Just tryed that and it tells me that the disc is full. It is a brand new disk with nothing on it.

Hello Wendy,
Were you able to resolve the issue with your disk?
Regarding PulseCloud or Dropbox, they are not enabled by default, and are not active any time you're not using them.
