I am using Tajima DG 15 by Pulse. I am unable to Print 3-D. The Print 3-D option is under TOOLS>Configuration>User Settings>Print>Images. If I checked the Print 3-D box, the image will turn into a black box. Please help. Thanks.

You have to update your Windows with KB5001649 Windows security update. That will fix it.
