Tool Bar Missing and wrong image icons

Hello how are you? we are writing from argentina we are new pulse 16 users and we are experiencing many trouble with the tools bar. When we try to personalize our tool bars the icons don't appear on the left side of the tool name and also other icons that appear dont belong to the description.
For example in the photo i attached 'copiar ajustes' has the 'open new file' icon.
I will be waiting for and answer.

Hello BordadosColores,
If you are have an issue where icons are not appearing correctly, we suggest resetting the workspace to set everything back to standard settings.
We will review the issue you mention about descriptions being in the wrong icon field. Could you confirm that you are using the latest version of Tajima DG16 by Pulse? If not, this may have already been fixed in version 16.1.3.7297 that's available on the PulseCloud site now.

Yes we are working with latest version of tajima 16.1.3.7297 we already resetted workspace and worked for the toolbar but we still have no image of the icons in the tools menue. I send picture. Thank you.

Hello BordadosColores,
Some tools in DG16 do not currently have icons associated with them, so it's not uncommon for it to appear as though an image is missing. That is something we're working on for future iterations of the Tajima DG by Pulse software.
