Hello Derya. In order to save applique fabric images, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click Tools - Manage - Applique Fabrics
Step 2: Click to Import button
Step 3: Choose the required image file format, choose your file and click Open.
Step 4: Click to the file name to see its preview on the right side of the page and click "Close".
Step 5: Draw an Applique segment and choose the applique fabric image in the segment properties dialog box. You will see something similar to this screenshot.

You are welcome! Please pay attention to the original image file's resolution. It directly affects the portion you can see under your applique segments.
