DG15 Maestro 15.1.22.6249
Hi,
I have a problem with Windows 10.
Each time I try to open the software, I get this message.(image)
But with version 14 works.
How do I fix?

Sorry Rui, it will not help you but I want to add a similar issue.



“Program cannot start because MSVCR120.dll is missing on your computer. Reinstall the software in order to solve the problem.”

My friend had this error when he wanted to try Windows 10 & DG15. The dll was different than yours, but the issue was very similar. Reinstalling Pulse did not help. He didn't want to use Windows 10 Home for some other reasons and made a fresh Windows 7 Pro installation.

I'm using DG15 (artist plus v15.1.10.6249) and have reinstalled windows and the DG software about 8 times in the last 2 days. I am still getting nowhere and I cannot for the life of me figure out why MSVCR120.DLL up and quit working this week.
The .dll is still on my computer in the system32 folder, and DG15 had been working fine until earlier this week when something it did caused the system to freeze solid and stop responding. Once windows started up after a hard boot I started to receive the error in the picture below. I did a System File Check from the command prompt as Administrator ( sfc /scannow ) and checked the log after it finished but couldn't see that msvcr120.dll had any particular problem.

I have just discovered a very interesting tip from an unrelated forum, but a user is having the same problem with a different program. If the solution posted there works I will post it here to try and help.

Make sure you have SERVICE PACK 1 installed if using a Windows 7 system. I've just done the SP1 update on my fresh installation and now DG15 has started working again.
