When you try to scan the designs that are not working anymore, does your scanner still beep? There are older designs that we used before that the machine doesn't recognise anymore since the update also when we change the names or save it in another file .
Also when we do a change in an older design , it gives an error when we want to save it so we have to save it under a new name ...

Solutions ???
