<description><![CDATA[Bug while managing thread charts still is not fixed in 16.5.0.7616.   If threads are sorted by anything other than the index number while editing threads in a thread chart it makes a mess of your thread chart.  i.e.  delete doesn't really delete the thread selected for delete.  It deletes some other thread.  And, data changes not applied to the selected thread being edited but applies the change to some other thread.]]></description>
