Hi,
Normally the fonts are stored in C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\Fonts. Go to tools - configuration - user settings - file locations and make sure the file path for fonts matches where your fonts are stored.

Thank you

Hello,
First select the letter. Right click and convert 'text to segments'. Then select all - right click and choose 'shape - breakup'. Then you can select the dot as one segment.

Design spooler issue

Hello,

For this issue please try these steps. If you are still not able to resolve the issue please contact your local distributor for further support.

1. Uninstall DG/ML.
2. If there is nothing else running on this computer that is using SQL,
(like Librarian Enterprise Server) remove anything that mentions SQL in
Add Remove Programs.
3. Delete the Designspooler.ini file and the Design List folder in
ProgramData (if they exist).
3. Reinstall DG/ML.

DG/ML should re-install the required files needed for SQL.

Thank you

Hello,

Please try these steps to restore the pulse premium designs.

1. close the dgml software
2. browse to C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\DBZero\Premium
3. copy all files
4. browse to C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\Database
5. paste all files there
6. restart the software

Try to open librarian again and the pulse premium designs should be there. If you have any problems or are not able to resolve this issue please contact your local distributor for further technical support.

Hello,

In regards to the 'right click menu' go to tools - configuration - user settings and stitch generation and uncheck 'generate stitches on right click'.

In regards to Bezier you can use the shortcut B to enter bezier drawing mode and shortcut q to enter quick draw mode.

Thank you

Hello,

To change the background left click the white box located in the lower left hand corner to the left of the thread palette. When you click the box a screen will appear where you can select the new background color.

Hello,

I would suggest trying to read the floppy in Windows Explorer. However, there are a number of possible reasons why you cannot read the disk in the software. Its possible there is a problem with the disk, as they get older sometimes sectors become corrupt. It would be good to know if this problem is happening on all disks or just some disks? I would suggest you try to read the disks in Windows also. If you cannot read the disk in Windows then there is probably an issue with the disk.

Hello,

In the software when you select shrink to fit you have the option to compress by width, by height or by both and use a percentage value for the limit.

Hello,

I would have to agree that it might be better to access the files on the disk by going through the file - open menu.

Hi Bonnie,

We would like to help but unfortunately we don't support this type of setup. Our minimum system requirements states you do need a mouse with three buttons to use the software. Our testing environment has always included this hardware so its very difficult to say why the pen tool is not working as expected. I'm sorry we cannot be of any further assistance.

Thank you

Hi Bonnie,

As a work around you can change the complex fill to wave first, then change the fill type to programmed run and it should not crash.
