When I installed DG15, I can't get Librarian to work. The server address is all zeros. I know that is incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been waiting for two weeks for someone from Pulse to call me.

Have you contacted you local Pulse distributor with this issue yet? Normally, they are able to help with this kind of technical issue very quickly. You can find your local distributor listed on our website here:

I have contacted the local distributor and they can't get anyone from Pulse to connect. This is very frustrating....it's been going on for a month now with no support.

Can you tell us what country you are located in? Have you submitted a ticket with your distributor before? We will try to track it down and get back to soon to fix the issue.

I have spoken to Garson at Rubenstein in Canada. He was referred to me from Rubenstein's in Toronto. I continually wait to hear back from both Garson and Pulse. I paid in good faith my money to upgrade and only want technical assistance to correct a problem of functionality that I had before I upgraded. I don't think I'm being unreasonable.
Please help.
