For a detailed list of new features, improvements, and bug fixes, including many not listed here, please see the DG/ML 14.1.9.5401 Changes document. If you do not own a copy of Tajima DG/ML14, you do not need to update your software at this time.

To begin downloading the latest version of Tajima DG/ML14 by Pulse, please log into your PulseCloud account and click the Download page:

https://cloud.pulsemicro.com

Maintenance Release 14.1.9.5401 Highlights:

• Added option for outline fonts to add steil and complex fill border and fill type
• Madeira thread charts have been updated
• Barcoding designs from folder not updating changes to files has been fixed
• Corrected a crashing issue when converting various stitch types to applique
• And more…

DG/ML14 and DG/ML13 users now have access to the download page on the PulseCloud website with "Download Only" accounts. It does not provide the ability to store designs in the cloud or to perform text edits from your mobile device. To enable these features and all other features of PulseCloud, a Tajima DG15 by Pulse license is required.

To register for PulseCloud, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://cloud.pulsemicro.com in your internet browser.
2. Create a new account by clicking the Register link at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill out the required information as indicated by a (*) symbol.
Note: Your Authorization Code is your Tajima DG/ML14 by Pulse Security Device Number.
4. Check your email to verify the account by clicking the link from info@cloud.pulsemicro.com
5. Log into PulseCloud from any device using the username and password you created.
6. Once logged in, click the “Download DG” icon, then the “Download DG/ML14” button near the bottom of the page. Follow on screen instructions to install Tajima DG/ML14 by Pulse v5401.

Thank you once again for choosing Tajima DG/ML by Pulse!

I just upgraded to 14.1.5401... I do not see the Density line icon in my application, is there any special configuration that requires this density line installed?

Thank you

Hello Kuan,

We recommend resetting your workspace if a tool is not visible currently. This should bring the tool icon back if it has disappeared since you updated to a newer version of DG/ML14.

Hello,

To reset your workspace, please go to:

Tools -> Configuration -> Restore Default Workspace

Once you click it, you will need to restart your DG software for the changes to take effect.

I had to put a new hard drive in my computer. I need to reinstall my DGML version 14. I know there was a link to go to when I had to put it on another computer that contained all the updates. Please advise. Also I am installing on a computer with Windows 10.

Hello Kuan,

You could check the version number and see it is up to date when compared with what is in PulseCloud currently. If it is not up to date, you may be missing some features and functionality.

You can find this information by opening Tajima DG/ML14 by Pulse and clicking on the Help -> About menu.

Hi Kuan,

If you have a security device and device number from SPS Malaysia, then you have an original copy. If you are unsure, you could provide your device number to us in a private message, or ask SPS to confirm.

If you have the latest version of Tajima DG/ML14 by Pulse that you got from the PulseCloud website, then you have the latest official release.
if you are missing a feature, it is either because that feature is not available for the level of DG/ML14 you currently own, or your workspace settings need to be adjusted to enable it. Do you know what level of DG/ML14 you are using?

When I try to register to the cloud, I get a "Security Device number is invalid". I got the number from "update security device" and also checked the sticker on the device itself but it is not working.

Hello TParent71,

When you are registering with your code, make sure not to add "-4" at the end of it if it is there on your device. The code should be two letters and five numbers long.

If that is not the issue, then it's possible the device was registered already and an account exists. You could try resetting your password to see if that is the case.
